On our journey we will encounter numerous cortijos, many of which are still lived in, but many are in differing states of disrepair. We will continue on until we reach the Rambla de las Garcia which we will follow for the rest of our journey back to the stables.
Retire your horse to the stables and enjoy the rest of the afternoon by our swimming pool.

Ruta del Mirador de el Apartadero. Level of difficulty: Easy
We start from the stables following the path that runs from the top of the Loma de Higueras and the La Loma en Medio. Having traversed these foothills we will reach the Rambla de Canalejas, which will continue on its downward path in the direction of Lomas del Marullo. Riding passed many fields of lettuce and other vegetable crops, arriving at the town of Pulpí. Pulpi is one of the most important towns in the area for its vegetable crops. From here we will pass through the area known as Los Llanos de La Rica's and before us is an impressive mountain range that make up the Sierra la Aguilon and Sierra de los Pinos. Here the road winds through hills and ravines, alternating flat areas with steep slopes arriving at the Puerto de los Peines. On our left you will see the quaint mountain formations known as Las Orejas del Diablo (The Devil's Ear). At this point is the el Mirador del Apartadero, a strategic point from which we can observe the entire coastline of the Bahia de Terreros and the island which gives its name to the bay. We then slowly descend to the area of Las Canalejas to find the Rambla de Canalejas, which we will return us back to the stables.
Retire your horse to the stables.
Pack for your return home.
Leave for the airport or your journey home.
